Account & Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your iTutorzz account and the personal information associated with it. A parent or guardian may use this form to request deletion of a child's account.

What gets deleted

Once we verify your request, we delete or de-identify your profile information (name, email, phone, photo, time zone), your messages and uploaded files, your lessons, attendance and notes, and related records. This is generally completed within 30 days.

What we may retain

We may keep limited records where the law requires it (for example, transaction/tax records) or where needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements. Such records are kept only as long as necessary and are protected accordingly. Messages you already sent to another user may remain visible to that user.
