Why does my lesson need payment?

You need credits for it before you can join.

If you don't have enough credits when a lesson is scheduled, it's still booked, but it waits for payment. You'll see a message on Lessons & Billing and an item on your to-do list.

Buy more lessons and the waiting lessons are confirmed, which unlocks joining.
