How do I send a monthly progress report?

Review the AI draft and send it to the parent.

Each month, a progress report is drafted for you from that month's lesson notes. You'll see a bar at the top of the portal and a reminder until it's sent.

1. Select Progress Reports in the menu.
2. On Waiting for approval, open the report.
3. Read What we covered, How the student is doing and What's next, and change anything you like.
4. Select See the PDF if you want to check how it looks.
5. Select Send to parent.
