My tutor didn't join. What do I do?

Report it once the lesson has been running for 5 minutes.

Please give your tutor a few minutes, and send them a message. Once the lesson has been under way for 5 minutes, you can report it.

1. Open your Calendar and select the lesson.
2. Choose Cancel this lesson.
3. Choose Tutor didn't join as the reason, and confirm.

You keep the full value of the lesson, so you won't lose out.
