- How do I book a lesson with my tutor?Send your tutor a lesson proposal.
- How do I accept or decline a lesson proposal?Answer it in Messages.
- How do I change a lesson's time?Edit the lesson from your calendar.
- How do I cancel a lesson?Cancel from your calendar and choose a reason.
- My tutor didn't join. What do I do?Report it once the lesson has been running for 5 minutes.
- What happens if I miss a lesson?It depends on whether you told us in advance.
- What is a makeup credit?A free replacement lesson.
- Where can I see past lessons and notes?Lessons Record has it all, month by month.
